Membership FAQ

What do I get? 

Membership gives you access to regular massage sessions at member-only rates, along with additional benefits such as priority evening appointments and the ability to reserve a regular slot in advance.

How does it work?

Memberships are automatically renewed on the 1st of each month & massage credits are added to your account ready to use

When can members book appointments?

Members can book appointments during normal hours and also have exclusive access to evening appointments from 8pm – 10pm, which are reserved for members only.
 

What happens if I can’t use a session one month?

Unused sessions can roll over to the following month, so you won’t lose them if life gets busy.

What is the sign-up bonus?

New members receive a complimentary Gua Sha facial massage added to their first session.

Do I still get the benefits if I book extra sessions?

Yes. Any additional sessions booked outside your membership will still receive member pricing where applicable.

How many members are allowed?

Membership is limited to 40 people

Can I reserve the same time each month?

Yes. Members can pre-book a regular appointment up to 3 months in advance if they prefer to keep a consistent time.

What is the guest pass?

Each month members can give one discounted massage session to a friend or family member.

Guest prices are:

60 min – £60
90 min – £80
120 min – £95

Can I upgrade or change my membership?

Yes. You can upgrade to a different membership level and manage your membership in the Member’s Area.

You can cancel any time & your credits will stay valid until the end of that month

What if membership becomes full?

If all 40 membership spaces are filled, new clients can join a waiting list and will be contacted if a space becomes available.
