How does it work?
Before the booking you will be emailed a sign up form for people to choose their preferred time slot.
I will arrive 10 – 15 mins before the booking time to set up. This is usually done in an empty meeting room or a quiet corner of the office or reception area.
Each person will receive a roughly 10 minute Chair Massage treatment focussing on the upper back, neck, shoulders, arms & hands. No oils are used in this type of massage & no items of clothing need to be removed. Before each person receiver their massage they will have a short consultation so that the massage can be tailored to their individual needs.

What happens during Office Chair Massage?
Each employee will sign up for their preferred time before the massage takes place, a sign up sheet will be emailed to you after confirming your booking.
I will arrive 10 – 15 mins before the booking starts to get set up.
Each employee will receive a 10 min Chair Massage tailored to their specific needs. The employee will then return to work feeling energised & refreshed.
What equipment do you bring?
I bring a specialised massage chair & all the equipment needed to sanitise the chair between massages. I also bring anti bacterial gel to sanitise my hands between each massage to ensure cleanliness.
How often should my company book Office Chair Massage?
It is recommended to schedule a Chair Massage session 1 – 2 times per month in order to get the most benefits.
What do I need to provide?
A small area of roughly 2×2 metres or an empty meeting room is all that is required to carry out chair massage.
Are you qualified & insured?
Yes, I am fully qualified & insured, I can provide proof of both if needed.
Will there be any disruption to the workplace?
No, Chair Massage takes up very little space & is a quiet treatment usually performed in an empty room or quiet area. The massages usually last 10 mins per person so they aren’t away from their work for very long.
